About
Checks for changes to the Minecraft Java version manifest every 10 minutes, if it finds a change it will download resources to a folder with the corresponding domain names, and also check the integrity of existing files (only downloads new files or ones that have been changed or corrupted)

Instructions
Extract files (.dll file must be kept with .exe) then run Minecraft Cacher.exe

Fixed issue with server giving 402 when using HTTP
